Prayer for Child's return to Church

St. Monica I need your prayers.
You know exactly how I feel because
you once felt this sadness yourself
I am hurting, hopeless and in despair.

I pray with all my heart that
my child will return to Christ
in his Church but I cannot do it alone.
I need God's help.

Please join your prayers with mine
in begging that the Lord's powerful grace
will flow into my child's life.

Ask the Lord Jesus to soften
my child's heart, prepare a path
for his/her conversion and activate
Holy Spirit in his/her life.
